1. When I re-order my product, but want to change the color, is there extra cost be charged?

- NO, there are no extra costs and we will keep the price for you.

2. Do the samples free offered? Should I pay for the sample deliver cost?

- Yes, small quantity are free offered(below 3 pieces). But you have to pay for the sample deliver costs. Or use our courier account. 


3. My product need to display, any show box?

- Yes, we could also provide plastic box, paper box, etc.


4. I need some product very urgent, how quick you can produce it?

- Depending on your request, our sales will check schedule and get a urgent production for you.


5. UPS / TNT / DHL Express or shippment lost / broken my package, how could I do?

- If you didn't receive it in time, please let us know, we'll check with express and get you an answer.

- If you just receive part of your products, some cartons lost or broken, please complain with the shipper and take a photo when you touch them. Let us know at first time, and send us the photoes, we'll re-make the lost items for you and make claim on this to express.


6. I received my product, but it’s wrong, how could I do?

- If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, sorry for you have to afford to re-make them on your cost or accept the ready cargo.

- If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re-make for you on our cost.

- If you are in a rush for the wrong items, so have no time for the re-making, please be kind to accept our sorry and we will make a discount for you.
